The accommodation includes a fitted kitchen which contains a dishwasher, cooker and fridge. There are two toilets, bathroom and shower room. There is a washing machine. There are balconies all around the bedrooms and patio at front and back of house. The property sleeps a maximum of seven people. The property stands alone in three acres of land containing olive trees and garden with vegetables at the front of the property. It is 10 minutes by car from the beaches (there are several beaches to choose from). The road running past our property leads to the beaches (one way) and to nine ancient villages (the other way up the hills at the back of our house). The house has an almost constant breeze and is cool even in the middle of summer. Lounge and all bedrooms all have air-conditioning. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rooms: Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has three single beds, fitted wardrobes and bedside table and balcony. Bedroom 2 has two single beds, fitted wardrobes and bedside table and balcony. Bedroom 3 has one double bed, bedside table and fitted wardrobes and a walk through to balcony. Kitchen: Kitchen has many fitted cupboards, fridge and fridge freezer (large size). The kitchen also has 4-electric rings cooker and oven, electric kettle, dishwasher. There are dining utensils provided such as saucepans and knives, forks and spoons etc. Living room: The lounge area has a comfortable three piece suite and a glass table. Eight stools. There are oil paintings on the walls painted by a local artist. Lounge area has a pull out breakfast table which can sit 8 people. The House stands alone in two acres of land. It is surrounded by Olive trees and there is a fence all the way around it.

The Dining room and lounge have marble floors and there is much room for many people to enjoy the television and music centre. The Dining room leads out onto a semicircular veranda. The dining room and kitchen are fully air-conditioned.

The marble stairs lead to a rooftop varanda which is ideal for sunbathing and having evening meals and drinks. There are sunloungers and sunumbrella and table. There is a barbecue available for a rooftop barbecue.

All bedrooms are air conditioned and fully furnished with fitted wardrobes and cabinets.There are walk onto balconys from each bedroom.

The House has lights outside all the way around it. The house is surrounded by varandas and every bedroom has a veranda accessible from the bedroom. There is a patio surrounding the house all the way round the house and there is much space for parking.

The rooftop balcony is ideal for sunbathing and having rooftop barbacues. It offers beautiful panoramic views of the surrounding valley.

The beach at Zacharo and Kakovatos is 2km from our house and is very clean and beautiful with fine white sands. There are many beachside tavernas some specialising in seafood. The Beach at Zacharo has a several hotels. There is a good nightlife at the beaches and at Zacharo town.

The swimming pool is situated in front of the house and is ideally placed near the house. It is a private pool and can be inflated to a depth to suit the ages of the children.
