Accessibility
The villa has been built on one level, including patio and terrace. Road access is good, no need for 4x4.

The villa has an 11m x 5m infinity pool, all one depth of 1.5m, including a Hydro Massage Jet. Terraces are enclosed with natural stone walls and railings. As well as the arched covered patio, there are parasols for shade. Also provided is a BBQ, sun loungers, table and chairs, outside pool shower and rotary washing line. Access to the guest toilet from the pool area.

Coast/Beach
10-15 minutes drive to Vasiliki beach, famous for wind surfing. 10-15 minutes drive to Poros Bay.

Travel
The nearest aiport is Preveza (PVK) It is approx 45 minutes drive to the villa. There are direct flights from Manchester and Gatwick.

In the local village there are 2 excellent tavernas and a coffee shop/bar located in the square.

Notes on accommodation
