Krevatas is a small village in the Dikti mountains untouched by tourism. There are many beaches to explore on this stretch of coast and it is possible even in August to find a deserted cove. There are many restaurants to choose from nearby and the prices are much lowere than on the north coast. The village of Tertsa situated on the beach 20 mins drive away is like Greece must have been 30 years ago, small and friendly with Greek families gathering there on weekend for lunch. Arvi a 15mins drive away has beachfront restaurants, a monestary and a large gorge to explore. There is a pretty low-key resort 20mins drive away called Myrtos. There are lots of restaurants to choose from, a lovely beach and water sports.
