The property comprises a two - storey house, with big covered verandahs, swimming pool with surrounding area decked with teak and garden.
Great care has been given during the design stage so as to maximise the living area during the milder months, which in Greece start from March and end to October and also locate the pool in such a way so as to enjoy the sun for the longest time possible.
The word "vigla" means "look-out" or "observation post" and makes one think that this will be a place with stunning views. What makes this plot special is that the geography of the location guarantees that no other building will ever block its views.
