Welcome to ‘Rhodes Villa Holidays’. A luxury 2005 build villa, modern and spacious fitted with air conditioning/heating and Italian furnishings. The villa has its own private pool and landscaped gardens all set within a private estate of four. The villa is located in an enchanting part of the Island, ‘Seven Springs Valley’, on the outskirts of a large pine forest, offering a cooler, natural, magical landscape, the real oasis of Rhodes, even in the heat of high summer. The panoramic scenes include pine tree covered mountains that can be viewed from the Villas which are set on the side of the meandering Seven Springs river valley. The peace and tranquility really sets this location apart from others whilst still being central to the ‘Island of Sun’ and very close to the main road networks so you can easily explore this special Island. This truly makes perfect surroundings.

Accommodation

Bedrooms: Bed 1 has a King size bed with French doors leading out to a private balcony.
Bed 2 has a double bed with French doors leading to a shared sun balcony (with bed 3) with a covered pergola.
Bed 3 has twin single beds with French doors.
Bathrooms: The large family bathroom has a bath & shower, WC and sunken washbasin within a marble worktop and large mirror.
On the ground floor there is a shower room that includes WC and washbasin.
Kitchen: The large kitchen diner with French doors air conditioning, hob with an extractor hood, electric fan oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and the usual smaller electrical appliances. It is fully stocked with saucepans, glasses, crockery etc.
Utility Room: Off the kitchen is a utility area that includes: washing machine, iron, iron board, etc.
Living Rooms: The large, light and airy living room has a marble staircase, 3 sets of French doors. There is a colour TV, satellite, CD player, air conditioning, leather sofas etc.
All bedrooms have air con units and Italian Furnishings.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: All linen and towels (except beach towels) are provided weekly.

Outside
Entrance to the private estate is via a well finished purpose built bridge and driveway connecting the Villas to the road for Seven Springs.
Enter the Villas through their own large iron gates onto a tiled entranceway leading to the front door. The beautiful large landscaped garden enclosed by walled railings surrounds the Villas on all sides and has various shrubs and trees. The villas have their own private pool, which benefits from full tilled surrounds together with sun loungers. There is a BBQ provided and plenty of garden furniture so you can dine outside in the warm evening sun.
The villa grounds includes several covered and open patio areas so you can either sun bathe or relax in the shade.
The open sided balconies and/or sun terraces connected to the bedrooms have stunning panoramic scenes that include pine tree covered mountains that can be viewed from the Villa which is set on the side of the meandering Seven Springs river valley.

Coast/Beach
Beaches are between 5 and 10 mins by car unless stated. Water sports, amenities, loungers and food/drink may be available at most of the beaches. Kolymbia beach is sandy ideal for swimming, water sports and sunbathing. Afandou beach is very long and has a shallow gradient. Tsampika beach is sandy, very long and has a shallow gradient. Faliraki beach is sandy and long approx 10-15 mins by car. The west coast of Rhodes can have rougher seas and stronger winds which makes it perfect for windsurfing

Golf
Approx 10 mins by car from the villa is the 18-hole golf course at Afandou with spectacular scenery and beach views. The course is open all year round to both residents and visitors.

Travel
Rhodes Diagoras Airport is approximately 25-35 mins by car. The villas are 1km from a main road that runs the length of the Island along the east cost. This connects Rhodes Town, Faliraki, Kolymbia, Lindos and Prasonisi. The location of our villas is fairly central to the island. There are many taxis available and buses (approx 800m) but car hire is really recommended to get the most from your holiday.

The beautiful city of Rhodes is divided into 2 parts: The Old City (medieval city) and the New City.

The Old City is surrounded by the castle walls and is one of the biggest and best preserved medieval towns in Europe. There is plenty to do by day and by night. Be that walking through the narrow pebbled streets, looking at the shops, trying one of many restaurants, checking out the nightlife, you will never run out of things to do.

The New City of Rhodes has a great selection of shops providing designer clothes, perfumes, shoes, etc. These help serve the many visitors from Mediterranean cruises that stop at Rhodes Town.

The lovely village of Lindos (24km) is one of the most attractive and beautiful villages of Rhodes, located south of the capital, on the eastern coast of the island. It is overlooked by a magnificent and imposing acropolis which can be visited. The attraction of Lindos is due to its beautiful location (on the slope of a hill, dominated by the acropolis, and overlooking a picturesque bay) and also to the village itself. It is full of whitewashed houses with pebble-paved courtyards, narrow alleys and small traditional buildings.

The nearby village of Afandou (8km) is one of the largest villages of Rhodes. A lovely square can be found in the heart of the village, surrounded by cafes and bars that really come to life at night time. A good selection of taverns, restaurants and shops is also available.

One of the most charming destinations on Rhodes, Seven Springs (4km) offers a cool, enchanting landscape, a real oasis, swamped in greenery. Waters come out from the springs all year around and end up in a small lake. You can get to the lake by walking through a narrow tunnel of nearly 200m The area of Seven Springs and the nearby forests are great for walking especially in the cooler evening.

Booking notes
Non-refundable deposit of 20% is required on booking and full payment 8 weeks before arrival date. The full payment is required if booking less than 8 weeks before travel. A refundable deposit of £100 is also required for breakages and excessive cleaning.

There are cots and high chairs available at no extra cost. Please request when booking.
BBQ and garden furniture is provided. If there are any problems during your stay there will be telephone numbers available for you to contact.
